GoOpti turned to us to analyse their marketing activities and the user experience of their website. We approached the project very strategically. First, the employees at the GoOpti marketing department presented us their processes, objectives and needs, as part of two workshops, which allowed us to prepare a website analysis adapted to their needs.
Basic Google Analytics settings are usually insufficient. At GoOpti, the errors in the collected data prevented quality analysis of marketing campaigns. First, we corrected the existing mistakes then set the advanced settings to the suit our customers’ needs. This resulted in a quicker and better analysis of marketing campaigns and user behaviour on their website.
The effect of a systematic approach to website data analysis became apparent during the implementation of the project itself, as we discovered errors in the user experience that cost GoOpti 4% of their monthly income.
